The Movement Church of San Antonio is conveniently located in Churchill Estates. We officially launched on Easter Sunday 2014 and are currently meeting in homes every Sunday at 10:30 AM. We primarily reach out to two people groups: Those who are far away from God and believers who want play a role in reaching them.
The heartbeat of our church is to equip people to obey the Great Commission of Jesus Christ, (Matthew 28:18-20). In other words, we train people who want to train others how to make disciples in the same way that Jesus did. We are not looking for attenders who simply want to be fed until they are fed up. We want to teach men and women how to be feeders, leaders and world changers. The equipping takes place in small groups, or tribes as we call them, that meet in homes, restaurants, and even through places like Google Hangouts.
We are a missional, evangelical, disciple making church. We call ourselves the Movement Church because we desire to be used of God to begin a Church Planting Movement (CPM) in San Antonio.
