If God did a miracle in your business, what would that look like?
Small business owners face many challenges. They work long hard hours. They take huge risks. And most know what it means to live on the razor’s edge of success or struggle. Things outside of your control, such as: bad weather or just one bad review on the internet have the potential to make or break your dreams.
You may have wondered whether God has time for prayers offered up on behalf of a business. With all the urgent matters coming before His throne, we sometimes wonder if our issues have even the slightest chance of getting His attention. Perhaps you have already said a few anyway in the hopes that things will turn around, or that you could take your business plan to the next level.
I am convinced of these four realities: First, I firmly believe that Christian businessmen and women matter to God. Second, I am convinced that God knows your struggles and even the opportunities ahead of you. Third, God delights in blessing and prospering His children, especially when they give Him glory and honor Him in return. Fourth, your personal success can help advance the kingdom of God.
Just imagine. What if you enlisted an army of people to pray for your business, and what if God performed a miracle? The testimony of what happened would bring God fame. Your personal story would also be a significant source of encouragement for others who are dealing with the same issues that you face every day.
God has called the Movement Church of San Antonio to partner with small business leaders and entrepreneurs who need prayer. In fact, we don’t ask anything in return. All we seek is the opportunity to pray for you and trust God for a miracle. We believe that every good thing comes from His hands.
Deut. 8:18 (NIV) But remember the LORD your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your ancestors, as it is today.
